Bupivacaine Injection BP 0.5% Manufacturers – Bupivacaine Injection is a sterile isotonic solution that contains a local anesthetic agent. Furthermore, it is given parenterally by injection. Additionally, the solution of bupivacaine may also be autoclaved if they don’t contain epinephrine. Moreover, Bupivacaine Injection comes as a sterile isotonic solution that contains Sodium Chloride.

Each dose of Bupivacaine contains 1 mg of methylparaben in each ml as an antiseptic preservative. Apart from this, we keep the pH level of this solution between 4.0 & 6.5 with sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid.

The management of administrations with norepinephrine/epinephrine to the patients getting tricyclic antidepressants/monoamine oxidase inhibitors may create severe & prolonged hypotension.
